These are negative conditions that affect generally a champion's movement or apply some kind of debuff to the affected champion. Crowd control and Debuffs like stun, knockback, poison, reveal etc fall into this category.
The property says that if the same factor is added several times into production, then at some point, the factor further added would contribute a small amount to the production.
